This Privacy Policy explains what information SkilledMob collects when you use SkilledMob.com (the "Site") or call a number listed on it, how that information is used, and who it may be shared with. SkilledMob is a call-referral service that connects you with independent local service providers — this policy is written with that specific, limited business model in mind, not a general e-commerce or data-broker business.

Information We Collect

When you call a number listed on the Site, SkilledMob (or its call-routing/tracking provider) may collect the phone number you're calling from, the date and time of your call, the service category and general location you describe on the call, and any other information you choose to share during that call in order to be matched with a provider. If you contact SkilledMob by email, we collect the email address and any information you include in your message.

What We Don't Currently Collect

As of the date this policy was last updated, SkilledMob.com does not use website analytics, advertising pixels, tag managers, or any first-party cookies or browser storage to track visitors. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what is collected and how it's used before any such tracking goes live.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected through a call is used to understand what service you're looking for and where, so SkilledMob can attempt to connect you with an independent local provider who may be able to help in your area. Information is not used to build advertising profiles, and is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

Sharing With Independent Providers

Because SkilledMob's entire service is connecting you with an independent local provider, the details you share on a call — such as your general service need and location, and in some cases your phone number so the provider can follow up — are shared with the specific independent provider(s) SkilledMob attempts to match you with. Those providers are independent businesses, not part of SkilledMob, and are responsible for how they handle your information once you're connected. SkilledMob does not otherwise sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

SkilledMob retains call and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the matching service, handle any related follow-up, and meet legitimate business and legal recordkeeping needs.

Your Choices

You can always choose not to call or not to share details beyond what's needed for a basic match. To ask what information SkilledMob has associated with you, or to request it be corrected or deleted where applicable, contact us using the method below.

Changes to This Policy

SkilledMob may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect any future change to what data the Site collects (see "What We Don't Currently Collect" above). Changes take effect once posted to this page.
