Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of SkilledMob.com and the local service features offered through the website. By accessing or using SkilledMob.com, using a location or service feature, or calling a telephone number displayed through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or its service features.

These Terms apply only to your relationship with SkilledMob. Any separate agreement you enter into with an independent service provider is between you and that provider.

About SkilledMob

SkilledMob is a phone-first local service brand for categories such as Appliance Repair, Dumpster Rental, Electrician, Garage Doors, HVAC, Landscaping, Locksmith, Moving, Pest Control, Plumbing, Roofing, and Water Damage. Additional services or categories may be added or removed over time.

Service work requested through SkilledMob may be fulfilled by independent service professionals. Those professionals are responsible for the work they agree to perform.

How Service Requests Work

A visitor may browse service information, select a service or location, use a location feature, or call a telephone number displayed through SkilledMob. When a call is placed, SkilledMob and its telecommunications systems use the requested service, location, and operational routing rules to handle the request.

Service fulfillment may depend on factors such as service category, caller location, coverage area, availability, call-routing rules, time of day, capacity, and other operational criteria. Service is not guaranteed for every request or geographic area.

Independent Third-Party Service Providers

Service providers reached through SkilledMob are independent third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, they are not: SkilledMob employees; SkilledMob agents; SkilledMob representatives; SkilledMob branches; SkilledMob franchises; or workers performing services on SkilledMob's behalf. Independent providers are responsible for their own businesses, employees, subcontractors, equipment, licenses, insurance, pricing, scheduling, contracts, warranties, and work. SkilledMob does not direct or control how an independent provider performs the underlying service.

Independent Service Fulfillment

SkilledMob is the service brand visitors call. The underlying work may be fulfilled by independent service professionals who inspect property, diagnose problems, prepare estimates, set prices, perform work, and provide any applicable service warranties. SkilledMob does not represent that those professionals are SkilledMob employees unless expressly stated.

No Guarantee of Provider Availability

The presence of a service, state, city, ZIP code, "near me" page, or other location-related page on SkilledMob does not guarantee that an independent provider is currently available in that location. Provider coverage and availability may change. A provider may: decline a request; fail to answer a call; be unavailable; no longer serve a geographic area; decline certain project types; or determine that the requested work is outside its capabilities. SkilledMob does not guarantee service availability for every visitor or caller.

No Guarantee of Pricing

SkilledMob does not guarantee the price of services provided by independent providers. Unless SkilledMob explicitly states otherwise for a particular program, pricing, fees, estimates, deposits, payment terms, cancellation fees, and other financial arrangements are determined between the consumer and the independent provider. Any prices, cost ranges, guides, calculators, or cost-related information that may appear on SkilledMob are informational only unless expressly identified as a binding offer. Users should obtain and review pricing directly from the provider before authorizing work.

Estimates and Quotes

Any quote, estimate, proposal, or price supplied by an independent provider is provided by that provider, not by SkilledMob. Consumers are responsible for understanding: what work is included; what materials are included; labor charges; taxes; disposal charges; permit charges; travel charges; emergency fees; minimum service charges; cancellation terms; and other potential costs. SkilledMob is not responsible for disagreements concerning estimates, quotes, invoices, or final charges between consumers and providers.

Provider Credentials, Licensing and Insurance

Unless explicitly stated and supported by actual verification, SkilledMob does not represent that every provider handling a service request has been independently verified for licensing, insurance, bonding, certification, background, experience, or other credentials. Requirements vary by state, city, county, profession, project type, and scope of work. Consumers are responsible for determining whether a provider has the licenses, insurance, permits, credentials, experience, and qualifications appropriate for their particular project.

Your Agreement With a Provider

If you choose to hire or otherwise engage an independent provider, your service agreement is between you and that provider. That agreement may address matters such as: scope of work; pricing; deposits; scheduling; materials; permits; warranties; cancellation; property access; payment; completion standards; and dispute resolution. SkilledMob is not automatically a party to that agreement merely because the connection originated through SkilledMob.

Provider Workmanship and Service Quality

SkilledMob does not guarantee: quality of workmanship; completion time; professional conduct; materials used; accuracy of diagnoses; provider recommendations; project outcomes; provider warranties; or customer satisfaction. Questions or disputes concerning work performed by a provider generally must be addressed directly with that provider.

Business Compensation

SkilledMob may receive compensation in connection with calls, service requests, leads, advertising relationships, or business relationships involving participating service providers or other partners. Compensation may vary depending on the service, location, provider, campaign, or business arrangement. The existence of compensation does not change the independent status of the provider performing the underlying service.

Call Routing

Telephone numbers displayed on SkilledMob may use call-tracking or call-routing technology. A call may be routed based on factors such as: requested service; geographic location; provider eligibility; provider availability; operating hours; routing configuration; campaign rules; and other operational factors. A telephone number appearing on a SkilledMob page may therefore function as a routing number rather than the direct telephone number of a specific contractor. SkilledMob does not guarantee that every attempted call will connect.

Information on the Site

SkilledMob attempts to provide useful information regarding local-service categories, common projects, service types, and locations. However, Site content is intended primarily for general informational and service-selection purposes. Information may not reflect the exact condition of a user's property, every local code, every permit requirement, every licensing rule, current pricing, current provider availability, every safety requirement, or professional advice applicable to a specific situation. Consumers should consult the appropriate provider, authority, professional, or other qualified source when project-specific information is required.

Location Pages

SkilledMob may publish state, city, service-area, "near me," or other geographically organized pages to help users navigate relevant service information. These pages do not represent separate SkilledMob physical locations. The presence of a page for a particular city or state does not mean SkilledMob maintains an office there, employs technicians there, operates a contractor branch there, or guarantees provider availability there. Location pages are used to organize information and help visitors select a service.

"Near Me" Features

SkilledMob may provide "near me," city-selection, ZIP-code, or device-location features to help users find relevant service and location information. A visitor may be routed or linked to a more specific city or state page when one exists. If SkilledMob does not currently maintain a dedicated page for the user's location, the user may still be offered the option to call and ask whether service is available. Location detection or page availability does not itself guarantee a provider.

Safety

Consumers should not attempt repairs, inspections, electrical work, gas work, roofing work, structural work, pest treatments, restoration work, or other potentially dangerous activities solely because they read general information on SkilledMob. Certain projects may involve hazards including electricity, gas, water, structural damage, heights, chemicals, contaminated water, pests, heavy equipment, moving vehicles, and other risks. Where appropriate, users should seek qualified professional assistance.

Permits, Codes and Regulations

Permit, inspection, licensing, disposal, environmental, building-code, zoning, HOA, and other regulatory requirements may vary by location and project. SkilledMob does not guarantee that general information on the Site identifies every requirement applicable to a specific project. Consumers and providers are responsible for determining applicable requirements before work begins.

User Responsibilities

• Provide reasonably accurate information concerning the requested service and location
• Use the Site for legitimate service-related purposes
• Independently evaluate any provider before authorizing work
• Review pricing and service terms directly with the provider
• Comply with applicable laws
• Avoid knowingly providing false or misleading information
• Avoid using the Site in a manner intended to interfere with SkilledMob's systems or services

Prohibited Uses

You may not use SkilledMob to: engage in unlawful activity; make fraudulent service requests; intentionally submit false information; harass providers or other users; attempt to interfere with telephone-routing systems; scrape or extract Site content through abusive automated methods; probe, attack, disrupt, or compromise Site infrastructure; introduce malware or malicious code; impersonate SkilledMob or another person; misuse SkilledMob trademarks or branding; attempt to circumvent access controls or security systems; or use the Site in a manner that materially interferes with its normal operation.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, SkilledMob owns or has rights to the SkilledMob brand, Site design, original text, graphics, logos, layout, software, and other original Site materials. Use of the Site does not transfer ownership of SkilledMob intellectual property to the user. Users may view and use Site content for ordinary personal purposes associated with finding local-service information. Content may not be reproduced, republished, sold, impersonated, or commercially exploited in a manner that infringes SkilledMob's rights without appropriate permission.

Third-Party Websites

SkilledMob may contain links to websites operated by independent providers or other third parties. SkilledMob does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, pricing, representations, or terms. Following a third-party link is at the user's discretion.

Third-Party Services and Technology Providers

SkilledMob may rely on third-party infrastructure to operate portions of the Site and service channels. These providers may include services relating to: hosting; domain infrastructure; security; telephone numbers; telecommunications; call routing; call tracking; analytics; and other operational technology. Temporary failures, outages, routing problems, telecommunications interruptions, or third-party service disruptions may affect SkilledMob's availability.

No Warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SkilledMob.com and SkilledMob's service channels are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SkilledMob does not warrant that: the Site will always be available; information will always be error-free; every service call can be routed successfully; every provider will answer; every provider will accept a project; the Site will be uninterrupted; every location will be covered; or every provider interaction will produce a satisfactory outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SkilledMob will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to: use or inability to use the Site; inability to route a service call to an available provider; provider failure to answer; provider acts or omissions; services performed by independent providers; property damage caused by an independent provider; pricing disputes; scheduling disputes; workmanship disputes; third-party websites; or interruptions involving third-party technology.

Disputes With Independent Providers

Any complaint or dispute involving work quality, damage, billing, refunds, warranties, materials, scheduling, provider conduct, project completion, or other provider services generally exists between the consumer and the independent provider involved. SkilledMob's role in routing the original service call does not automatically make SkilledMob responsible for resolving the provider dispute. Nothing in this section should restrict rights that a consumer has under applicable law.

Privacy

Use of SkilledMob is also subject to the SkilledMob Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Site

SkilledMob may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, service categories, locations, pages, telephone numbers, routing arrangements, or other portions of the Site as it evolves. The existence of a service or location page at one point does not guarantee that the same page, provider relationship, or service availability will remain indefinitely.

Changes to These Terms

SkilledMob may update these Terms from time to time. The current version displays a "Last Updated" date above. Changes become effective when posted unless applicable law requires otherwise. Users should review the Terms periodically.

Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions should continue to apply to the extent legally permitted. The invalid provision should be interpreted or limited only to the extent necessary under applicable law.

No Waiver

Failure by SkilledMob to enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion does not necessarily waive the ability to enforce that provision later.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other specific terms clearly presented for a particular SkilledMob feature, constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of SkilledMob.com, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
