Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SkilledMob.com (the "Site") and the call-matching service SkilledMob provides. By using the Site or calling a number listed on it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Description of Service

SkilledMob is a call-referral service. When you call a number listed on this Site, SkilledMob asks a few quick questions about what you need and helps connect your call with an independent local service provider who may be able to help, where matching is available in your area. SkilledMob does not perform home services, repairs, installations, pest control, locksmith work, or any other listed service directly — SkilledMob only facilitates the connection between you and an independent third-party provider.

No Guarantee of Third-Party Work

SkilledMob does not guarantee work performed by third-party providers. Independent providers you are connected with are not employees, agents, contractors, or representatives of SkilledMob. SkilledMob does not supervise, control, or take responsibility for the quality, timeliness, licensing, insurance status, pricing, or outcome of any work performed by a provider you are matched with. Any agreement for services — including price, scope of work, scheduling, and warranties — is solely between you and the provider.

Your Responsibilities

When you use the Site or call a listed number, you agree to: provide accurate information about your service needs and location so SkilledMob can attempt a relevant match; independently verify a provider's licensing, insurance, credentials, and suitability for your project before authorizing any work, since SkilledMob does not perform this verification on your behalf; and use the Site only for legitimate service inquiries, not for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

No Warranty

The Site and SkilledMob's call-matching service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SkilledMob does not warrant that matching will be available in every area or for every service request, or that any particular provider will be available, responsive, or willing to take on your project.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SkilledMob and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with: your use of or inability to use the Site; any work performed, not performed, or performed inadequately by a third-party provider you were connected with; or any dispute between you and a third-party provider. SkilledMob's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid directly to SkilledMob (as opposed to any independent provider) in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Changes to These Terms

SkilledMob may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted to this page. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
